Prof. (Dr.) Seema Gupta is a highly respected teacher currently working as a Professor of Law at Chandigarh University. She earned her PhD from Punjab University in 2018 with a focus on judicial decisions. Her academic journey includes an LL.M. in Business Laws from Kurukshetra University, an LL.B. from Himachal Pradesh University, and an M.A. in English from the University of Rajasthan. Earlier in her studies, she completed a B.Sc. in Home Science at Sophia College in Ajmer and a B.Ed. at MDU Rohtak. With over 13 years of experience, she has taught at several institutions like the Army Institute of Law and Manav Rachna University. She is also a certified mediator by the Supreme Court of India and holds a leadership role in the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals. Dr. Mohd. Rafiq Dar is an Associate Professor & DII Coordinator at the School of Law, Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab. With over 15 years of experience in academics and the legal industry, he has previously served as a faculty member at the University of Kashmir and Vitasta School of Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi , and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).
